- Can I try it before paying?
- Your first ongoing email collection automatically includes 5 emails with photos and a book preview, with no card needed. After that, keep your preview or pay $49 once to collect more. Your trial letters stay in the same collection.
- Why does ongoing email collection cost $49?
- The one-time $49 fee covers ongoing email and photo collection, organizing tools, and a book-ready PDF download. There are no recurring charges.
- Are blog and bulk email uploads really free?
- Yes. Creating a collection from an existing blog or saved-email archive is free. You can review and edit the imported entries and prepare a book; printed books are priced separately.
- How long does the collection last?
- Missions often span 18-24 months, and your collection is built to cover that full season from start to finish.
- Are photos allowed?
- Yes. Photos are supported, but each letter has practical limits based on sender constraints and processing. For the best book layout, send your strongest photos each week instead of large batches.
- How big is the printed book?
- Our books have 8.5 × 11-inch pages (21.6 × 27.9 cm), about the size of a US Letter sheet. The large portrait format gives your letters and photos plenty of room on the page.
- Is printing required?
- No. Your personal preview is free. PDF download is included with paid email collection and free imports. Printed books are optional and priced separately when you order.
- Can I create multiple projects?
- Yes. Your first ongoing email collection includes five emails free automatically, then costs $49 to continue. Additional ongoing email collections cost $49 each. Blog and saved-email uploads are free. Printed books are priced separately.
- What if my sender cannot verify the email?
- Sometimes a verification link is blocked on missionary phones. Have the sender try a different device. If that doesn't work, contact support and we can help.
- What if my missionary has already begun serving? What do I do with the previous letters?
- Not a problem. Use the free bulk email upload to bring saved Gmail messages into their own collection, then review and edit them before making a book.
- Can I turn my timeline into a shareable blog?
- Yes. You can automatically share letters or publish each letter after review. Password protection is available when you want to share only with chosen readers.
- How does the book layout work?
- We generate books with predetermined layouts so you don't have to manage page design or formatting.
